Transforming The Liberty and the wider town centre will take bold ideas and careful planning. That’s why we’re committed to keeping everyone informed, involved, and included—every step of the way.
We will be hosting a range of events later this year to understand your feedback on our proposals.

Listening first – Our journey begins with listening. We want to hear from everyone who cares about The Liberty—traders, tenants, local residents, and visitors. Your ideas, questions and concerns will help shape our vision from the very start.
Talking face-to-face – We’ll be hosting events in The Liberty later this year, where you can meet the team, hear more about our early thinking, and most importantly—share what matters most to you.
Ongoing conversations – As the plans develop, we’ll be back with more detailed proposals through public exhibitions and online consultation. This will be your chance to see how ideas are evolving and continue to have your say.
